Tyler Rushing was a good man. These are some of the things that he was: Son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many, a small business owner of “Tyger Eye Photography,” … he was planning a career as a professional photojournalist.

These are some of the things he was NOT: Tyler was not homeless (he had his own condo home in Ventura, CA), he did not live a criminal lifestyle, he was not on drugs when he was killed, he was not suicidal, and he was not mentally ill or anti-social.

Tyler was a young Christian man with a bright future ahead.
