CC4J Focus Points include expanding Community-Oriented Policing, a proactive approach to public safety in which police work closely with all sectors of our community. Collaboration is the foundation of community policing. Mutual non-combative communication between local police and all people living in our community will create relationships based on respect, in which police and citizens identify and solve community problems as partners.
